Order Form - When completing the order form please ensure that all details are correct and spelling is accurate. The information you provide on the order form is what will be used to produce your wedding stationery.
Proofs - Once you have placed your order you will be sent electronic proofs of your chosen invitation wording, this will include the invitation, any information cards, RSVP's you have ordered. Once we have received a confirmation email to accept the proofs, work on your stationery will commence. If changes are made after the work has commenced then additional charges may be incurred. Weddinvites cannot be held responsible for any printing errors once you have approved the proofs, even if the error is made by Weddinvites, it is the responsibility of the client to check for any errors/misprints before approval is given.
Delivery - Delivery is by courier and all deliveries will need to be signed for upon receipt. Invitations are usually delivered separately to on the day stationery & table plans. Any customers who live locally to Carlisle can arrange to collect their order from us personally; date & time would need to be agreed in advanced and can be requested when placing the order at checkout. Whilst every care is taken to pack orders, Weddinvites cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss caused during transit. Pricing - Weddinvites reserve the right to make changes to our pricing for new orders at any time
Our Products - All our designs are handmade and therefore slight variations will occur between items. This can include textures, colour, size and positioning. By signing this order form you are accepting this. On rare occasion materials can become discontinued, should this happen we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative. Over time, natural aging may occur to products and Weddinvites cannot be held responsible for this.
Cancellation/Returns - Orders cancelled after the proof has been sent will be charged at 50% of the order value. If cancellation is made after work has commenced full payment is required and payment is due immediately. We are unable to refund or exchange goods unless they are faulty. Any faulty items must be reported to us within 2 working days from receipt. All faulty items will have to be returned to Weddinvites for inspection in the original packaging. Replacements will then be issued.
Copyright - All designs and artwork are the property of Weddinvites and cannot be reproduced by any third party. All content of the website www.weddinvites.co.uk including designs, images and text are copyrighted. It is the responsibility of the client to obtain permission for any printed reproduction of any images, photographs and text including readings and hymns or songs. The client indemnifies Weddinvites against any action brought against it for a breach of a third parties copyright.
Data Protection - Any information provided to us by the client is confidential and will not be passed onto third parties. All confidential information will be securely disposed of once the transaction has been completed (i.e when the products ordered have been made & delivered to the client). We do not hold any data from credit/debit cards and payments are dealt with securely via World Pay & Paypal.
